Late Bookings and Last Minute Bookings

Our policy on Late, Last minute & Short notice Bookings.

DIGIMEM will try to accommodate late & last minute bookings wherever possible.

We are often called in to cover events at very short notice.

Due to the nature of the short notice given (usually less than 2 weeks) we are not always able to offer a Home Consultation. A Telephone Consultation will be offered instead.

If your event is happening within 2 weeks from your query date; we will arrange for one of our experts to call you at a convenient time to go through the options & recommendations.

If you choose to proceed, the full package or quote price will become payable immediately by cheque (up to a week before) or online.

If timescales allow, we will post you out Booking Form to complete and send back.

If time does not allow for usual postal procedure, we will send an electronic version

(PDF or MSWord document) for you to print, sign, scan and return via email.

There are NO surcharges for Late, Last Minute or Short Notice bookings.

In some circumstances a reduced service maybe the only option due to workload on a specific date. Our representative will discuss this with you in more detail.

Please note that no refunds are given within this timescale.

DIGIMEM reserve the right to cancel at any time providing a full refund.
